You can't use the other covenant's Illusions even if you're renown 80 with them

if you’re 80 renown in a covenant you can use those mogs and toys (like the heartstones) with characters not in that covenant too.
it should extend to wpn enchants, probably a bug.

necrolord has been my main covenant since the begining of the expansion and i never swapped to anything, when i swap to venthyr now to farm renown i can’t use the necrolord illusion, i can use the armor tmog and cloaks and weapons tho, so just the illusions are bugged
