I made the mistake of changing characters and got disconnected.

I actually think I know what’s happening - the system is being limited in how quickly it can spin up instances and we’re trying to create them faster than we can get them.

This is literally CRZ and “layering” (retail doesn’t have that, but it creates sub-layers within each zone) crashing and burning.

WHy just why didnt you just make a portal like you did in WotLK?

I got disconnected WITHOUT changing characters and can’t get back in.

my character was waiting for the ship and i got booted and now i cant load into the game on that character

I knew this was going to happen, and it was pretty mutch only reason i stayed up this late to experience it. Thats just the charm on the launch :smiley:

They added a portal, but do not take it, you will stuck at the loading screen. In other words, “blizzard quality” as always

So, we had lot of lags also during a day, then Blizz was unprepared once again. No wonder, I returned after 2 years into buggy and chaotic “world” again, I think, we should be happy if we get any poor one day of game time with a “sorry” on it 
or just they will write any excuse web page and that will be all. I think, they will not care more, they already have your/our money. :smiley:

There’s antitrust stuff goin on with it that might actually break the deal.

There’s now a portal at stormwind harbor, though clicking it just provides a minute or two staring at a stationary loading screen followed by ‘transfer aborted: instance not found’.

There are less people here than before though, so some of them must’ve gotten through?

also more likely they did not get through the portal but dc’ed and couldn’t get back :smiley:

I can’t even see or do anything at all anymore. No portals, no players, guild chat is massively delayed, and I just plain can’t play. Funnily enough though the zeppelin is moving as intended


And meanwhile tons of my friends are already on the Dragon Isles.

This is getting a little frustrating.

World server down for me. I’m going to bed, its not worth the headache.

Because the games never gonna handle 10 million people loading into a singular server ever lol.
