Given the games pretty consistently launched with above 6 mil online, i think its fair to assume theres more then 1 million
I dont get it either, in TBC hundreds of players doing DPS,if not a thousand ish, I get it why it crashed. Today on my server perhaps 30? people waiting doing nothing server crashes.

They have pet dogs in their office, i bet some dog found a way to servers and took a piss on the servers

Figured maybe I needed to /camp and come back in for the portal to work since it had appeared while I was logged in. Mistake, now just world server down. Guess I’ll just play tomorrow, glad I didn’t bother booking any time off work for this!

It’s a game of endurance now. Some people obviously need to go to bed so the rest of us can play Dragonflight without the servers being overloaded.
Personally I’ve got a ton of patience. I’ve been staring at Alexstrasza’s boobs for 30 minutes now on the loading screen and I can go on all night. 
People will start to break soon and give up.

OK I decide to leave the capital as I’m thinking its bugged. I try to portal to Undercity… No doing as I am simply returned and instance not found. I try to walk down the hill from the inne and got to the Transmog station and then was cast back to the inn. I then sneak out the back door over the bridge along the river to Ashenvale. No joy I am suddenly dropped into the river. I climb out the river and then find I am still at the gates of Org. I walk a few feet and then I’m back in the river. And now I am standing on the bank with the breeth icon over my head on dry land and its slowly going down.
I am sorry to say that this is the most bonkers its ever been. And man have there been some screamers in the past.
It’ll all be cleared up soon, but I do feel sorry for those who planned womething tonight in game. It is real frustrating.

Oh look, world server is down…what a surprise…
what did we expect like?? millions of players just log in for hour doing nothing and keeping themselves logged in on purpose so then they don’t get this issue to me those that do that should be banned for 3 weeks straight or till January as all they have done is caused this issue for us trying to lvl alts and just got in from work like me or been out with family or gf and want to play in it but we have to wait till tomorrow now as those bunch of morons have broke the game.
SW/EK won’t load for me now
