It seems the game considers that our characters are not level 85 and therefore cannot access the new content.
The raids appear to be there, but they are inaccessible.
Do we have any information about this?

The blue post indicates from the 24th, we are the 24th mid-day on the US side, and late afternoon on the EU side.
Unless I missed it, (and if you have information on the precise time, I would like to know it) I have not seen the slightest communication on this subject.
To me, it looks more like a bug than anything else.
