Update: Spoke to the Swedish ISP (Telia) and they told me quite predictably that they couldn’t do much from their end either, told us to sit tight and see what happens. The issue is reported at least.

All servers - everything started this morning worked fine yesterday.
Same here, but only for retail. Can get into beta without any issues. Location: Sweden.

EDIT: I was as able to log in now, about 30 minutes after posting the above.
On this topic major newsoutlet in Sweden have announced that Cloudflare is having technical problems causing internet related issues for services like “League of legends, spotify, x and chat GPT”. Might this be connected to this issue?
That was my thought too.
I am in now. Remains to be seen if its stable.
