You have been disconnected (WOW51900328) [24/03]

About an hour ago I got disconnected, and since then whenever I try to reconnect, it get stuck at ‘logging in to game server’, then I get the error ‘You have been disconnected (WOW51900328)’.

I tried pretty much everything I tried online. I also sent a ticket.

I cant seem to understand if the issue comes from me or from the servers. All my guildmates are fine, but I play on a EU server from the US so maybe the problem comes from here.

From what I can see on US forums, people in NA seem to have similar issues, so it’s definitely an issue coming from Blizz.

Throwing my name in here too, was dc’d around the same time and couldn’t get back in. Also in US playing on EU and did everything as instructed on the Help page for WOW51900328. After seeing this post and the posts on US forums I’m happy it’s not just me, but hope it’s sorted out for all of us soon.

I’m also in NA playing on EU servers. Only way I am able to play was using a VPN to UK or Germany then connect.

Did a couple +10s, worked fine. I actually had lower latency. 81ms instead of the usual 108ms.

Still not working as of this morning, I did try a VPN last night to UK and was able to get on. I sent a ticket too (had to send it to US support as I couldn’t open EU) and will follow up as I’ve tried everything they suggested besides reaching out directly to my ISP which I will do next. I have Verizon, in case anyone else here uses them too who is having issues.

Having the same issue with the largest internet provider in Russia when connecting to European servers — US servers connect just fine. So far, it looks like the problem is related to the unavailability of the URL eu . blizzard . com (added spaces because the forum doesn’t allow links).

Having the same issue connecting to EU servers from NA. My first month of the game and there have already been 2 seperate occasions where I couldnt connect.

I am also unable to connect, since yesterday. Also in NA playing on EU servers. Shocked Blizz hasn’t addressed this.

Yesterday in a raid at about 21-30 server time, I and six of my guildmates were disconnected from the game, since then we still can’t log in to the game, we just can’t get through authorization to the character selection window, I don’t understand what the reason is, my provider says that there are no problems on their side, and now I have to play through a vpn/proxy. Please let me know if the situation becomes clear, at the same time I want to protect myself in advance and warn Blizzard that I am playing through a proxy, so that no sanctions are applied to my account later.

Same here! So glad i found this page as im going insane!
Also in New jersey playing EU server. Had no issues before then all of a sudden nothing.

As of today 25/03 morning (US Eastern time) I can confirm that the issue is still not fixed.

Of course, Blizz reply to my ticket was absolutely useless. They didnt acknowledge the problem is coming from them and gave me very generic advices, like turn on/off my computer or ask for help on forums or from a tech professional… are they for real seriously ?

The only temporary solution I found, thanks to some of you guys, is to use a VPN. If you change your location from the US to Europe it’s working for now (with a little more ping but its still playable).

Yes, I got the same response to my ticket as well unfortunately. I did reach out to Verizon this morning and shared the most recent tracert with them and they told me it wasn’t on their end. I’ve also seen on US forums people still having issues (EU to NA or NA to EU). I followed up with Blizz so we will see, and if I get any information that may be helpful to everyone here I’ll be sure to pass it on.
