Thanks for starting this thread, it has been very useful to see people having the same issues I am.
Just started healing in S2 and been finding it quite stressful. Everything can be fine and then ‘boom’ everyone’s health is spiking, there are dots all over the place and bleeds stacking, total chaos 
I was wondering if it was me doing something wrong.
Haven’t really healed tyrannical yet but from what people have posted in here I will keep my expectations realistic. Thanks again for the info.
