On my alt mage I have ilvl 345 but I seem not able to queue for heroic dungeons as the option is greyed out with the hover over message: “You may not queue for this dungeon”. When I try to select random heroic dungeon option it is also greyed out with “You may not queue for this”. What am I missing, any attunement required? I have been able to join on my main.
It seems likely that you’re not high enough Ilvl to queue for a heroic dungeon.
As far as I know, you have to be within a 20-30 ilvl limit of what the content drops to be able to queue for it through the dungeon finder.
Heroic drops 385 gear. Run a few normal dungeons/buy some crafted gear/do some world quests and you should be able to get into heroics soon enough.
If I remember correct, and if it isn’t a strange bug - game must show minimal ilvl reqs for the “greyed out” in LFG and LFR interfaces.
