You said you buffed honor with 250%... why doesnt it apply to normal bgs?

the ONLY place i can feel these is in tolbarad, and in wintergrasp… its not applied in bgs,

a battle for gilneas give me 250 for a win, 40 for a loss, same for most bgs.
