I remember the Vash’jir quests, Budd and Flynn has to be my favourite characters, followed by Genn, Tess, and then Crowley.
And my top 5 worst ?

Best: The Lich King, Garrosh, Thalyssra, Liadrin, Medivh (if it has to be only from WoW and not all the lore than Moira instead of Medivh)
Worst: Calia, Turalyon, Baine, Yrel, The Pantheon (can’t pick, they’re all awful)
PS: Both Jaina and Sylvanas are tricky since they both have really high highs and really low lows in the way they’re written.
Best: Onyxia: I really liked the amount of scheming this gal could amount to and she made a really cool villain in my opinion. Smarts and fire breaths basically the whole package.
Tirion Fordring: I have enjoyed a lot of the quests involving Fordring. From the Plaguelands quests to the more esteemed quests he gives after forming the Crusade in WotLK.
Moira Thaurissan: To me she is a successful morally grey character. With potential for lots of delicious intrigue.
Cairne Bloodhoof: A trusted friend and wise leader that was there in the beginning of the Horde. I only have fond memories of Cairne.
Nazgrim: Badass general who has a rigorous code of honour.
Worst:
Garrosh: I was never particularly impressed by Garrosh. To me he felt like a one-note character and the few moments he would express honour clashed with his sudden investment into Old God power stocks. And sometimes I forget he even was in WoD because he disappears into the background until the mak’gora. It would have been more interesting to me if he had been more like Nazgrim.
Sylvannas: I really loved Sylvannas in the beginning. Vengance (is a very appealing motivation for me idk why) against Arthas and the cunning she employed in taking Tirisfall. But whenever there is a “plot twist she planned for this all along” I lose interest. And since Legion I’ve really started to dislike her.
Geya’rah: Basically a female Garrosh, will maybe surprise me in the future.
Alleria: From Silvermoon ranger general to leader of the void elves. Her trajectory seems kind of outlandish to me. Still not sure what made her so sold on void but I guess ethereal are great at sales pitches.
Archbishop Benedictus: Maybe its because I didn’t read all the novels or something but to me he felt like a poorly set up boss and got a very underwhelming end for the religious leader of Stormwind. “THERE IS ONLY POWAH!”
5 best:
Lothar (Last Guardian, Tides of Darkness), Turalyon (Last Guardian, Tides of Darkness), Orgrim (Last Guardian/Tides of Darkness/etc), Grom (WC3), Daelin (WC3).
5 worst:
Anduin, Wrathion, Baine (post Wrath), Rhonin, Me’dan.
