All is in the title: do you think they will re-enable the character restoration when the ea will kick in in less than 3 hours now?
We have no idea but your guess is as good as any 
the real question is how many one will be able to restore after 1 month of punishment…
20$ on that they will.
Probably just one per week like before.
Looks like the feature is still unavailable… too bad
