what does IC mean ??
It’s a roleplaying term. Here is a decent introduction if you are unfamiliar.

May doesn’t commonly use mounts, but she does command the ability to summon demonic steeds, partly because it was previously required by her research to learn the techniques and study the individual species. As @Levey said, however, they are only seen relatively far from civilisation, as she tends to respect the law and people’s discomfort around demonic beings.
Barring these “job steeds” she did make a flying carpet, years upon years back. She rarely gets the opportunity to use it, but it is the only “mount” she actually owns. It has come handy on occasion, but in hindsight she’s convinced it’s proven to be more of a useless, vanity investment, rather than anything actually worth the time and money she poured into making it.
The grlm crocolisk, the official mount of the grim GAAAAAAANG!
Oh wow… I WANT ONE!
I have good news for you, my fellow warlock.
The Felsteed is a species native to Azeroth, and any half a decent warlock can summon one! The Dreadsteed and Wrathsteed however, are creatures from Xoroth!
And now on to my answer.
Shadowtwili owns a goblin blimp which he “bought” many decades ago on Kezan, when he’s in need of ground transport, and away from civilisation he tends to use his felsteel annihilator, which he summons from the rock he calls his storage, but it actually floats close to Dreadscar Rift and is maintained by his Imps.
His greatest dream however, is to acquire a new (or secondhand) mechano-tank for ground transportation, preferably one with weapons still intact.
