I would go for someone obvious like Michael McConnohie or Laura Bailey, but I’ll instead go for someone a little bit more obscure - Keith Szarabajka.
You may know him as the voice of Oculeth as well as the Sunreaver, Hathorel. However, my favourite work of his is in less energetic, more calm roles, like the Didact from Halo and Harbinger from Mass Effect.

Im gonna be obvious and say Jennifer Hale. I enjoy her works greatly, she has a cool voice and can put alot of personality into the characters. (Femshep, Trooper in swtor, Elisande etc)
Second one would be Dave Fennoy(Voices for example Lee Everett, Vol’jin and Bwondsamdi and much more)
Third is an actor, but he’s done the voice of one character I particuarly like, Corypheus from DA 2 and DA: Inquisistion. Named David Sterne.
Have to mention Mark Hamill, guy just makes me smile whenever I hear him.
Kevin Michael Richardson as the Joker was one of my favourites. He was also Grommash in WoD.
I like Joe Ochman as Kiro, who has become easily my favourite Character in BFA. I hope we get more of him without Blizzard ruining him.
Not a WoW one but Lee Tockar as Makuta.

I kinda tend to roll my eyes whenever I hear him in stuff nowadays. He appears in a lot of stuff, I guess I think that he is overused a little bit. He also lacks range, you can spot him from a mile off.
Charles Dance. His work in Witcher 3 as Emhyr was phenomenal and I am still in love with it. Very underrated talent.

Cairne Bloodhoof’s voice is also lovely.

Uther, Warcraft 3 Paladin, WC3 Demon Hunter, WC3 Farseer (kump’s own voice) and many others!

Another late one that also popped into my head, but Michael Dorn who Voiced the Tauren, he also voiced a character named Lt Worf but no one has heard of that character.

I like Troy Baker as Erron Black from Mortal Kombat and Batman.
Also a fan of Keith David as the Arbiter from Halo and as Spawn too.

It’s going to be cliche, but Troy Baker. That man is in everything! He was even Gul’dan in WoW.
I liked him the most as Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite.
Top favorite will be Bwom from this expansion, that dude is amazing.
Rest i really like the Sylvanas/Rokhan/Talanji voice actors and with a great honorable mention to the turtle lady !
