"You're welcome Alliance"

Yeah, joking about your company being so incompetent that everyone faction-changes if they want to have equal footing is so fun. It started back in TBC, when you had to be Horde if you wanted to play retri paladin, thanks to seal of blood, but eh whatever.

I'm just glad Blizzard is tumbling down. They deserve that mobile Diablo back-lash so much.
Ah, Blaming Blizzard for the incompetence of your faction. Typical Alliance. Pathetic.

I think you need to step away from the computer for a while. Taking this faction thing a little to serious here buddo.
a joke?

well...

its not funny!

Ahh, a wild member of the special needs faction appears. Ok, let's have a look.

https://wow.gamepedia.com/List_of_scepter_holders_by_server - this is a list of Scarab Lord title holders, what do you see? About 75% of them are Alliance.

Now let's check wowprogress for wotlk raids, it seems that it's almost even, doesn't it? Half of the top 100 are Alliance, half are horde. Notice that number 5 guild is Alliance Method, the current #1 guild in the world.

So, why did all these people change factions? Surely it has nothing to do with Berserkering + Beast-Slaying and Arcane Torrent right? The faction balance is a problem completely manufactured by Blizzard, so of course I'm going to blame them for their own incompetence.

I'm actually pretty happy about that.

And I totally get the joke.

I don't think there's a bias from Blizz, I think the problem is twofold :

First, Alliance does attract most casual players, and Horde does attract more competitive people. Maybe because Horde is more of the underdog, is supposed to look more... Aggressive, barbaric.

Secondly, the numbers actually go in favour of the Horde. If an ally does three battlegrounds, in the meantime a horde's man will have done nine, because of faction imbalance, which is caused by my first point. So people from the Horde have more experience, they can play in a more constant way, and having been on both sides, I assure you that it impacts heavily your performances, when you can chain-bg without having to wait.

So basically, I think Alliance we always be far behind in PvP, and I think that's okay to recognise that.

You're a !@#$%^ :)
If the Alliance had backbone and guile, both NPCs and players. I am sure they would be in a better place right now. Instead they're under the assumption that the more they cry the more attention they'll get.

Grow a pair you bunch of dandys.
PvP is like the one type of content where playing alliance isn't just shooting yourself in the foot, at least on EU.

They really should do something about the population imbalances like add a third faction or remove them completely.

As much as I personally am not phased by the comment, since I'm not a pvper. I do think it was in bad taste as people explained above.

Not so much because of the nature of the joke, but the fact that a development team made it. It shows they are aware of it as an issue(or at-least know people think its an issue) and are actively mocking it rather than fixing it.

^ Pretty much this.

Well it works with you guys.

You whine a little bit and there ya go, you have it.
Most recent example, Zandalari paladin.

I don't get it.

It might be a reference to alliance players making complaints over the years about always losing BGs, I think it's a light hearted reference to that.

Feels more like a FU against alliance rather than light hearted reference just like 2011 cannibal corpse clown who started to insult alliance players and telling us to kill our selfs

Well you are right on cry babies on forums but there is nothing that i as a player can do about how badass or cool Npc's are shown or how they are created on that side blizzard almost always favors the horde.

Alliance has awesome badass leaders like Muradin and Falstad or Genn Greymane we had Varian but instead of giving alliance good leader we get anduin or Jamaican nerfed version of Tyrande let alone crybaby Malfurion.
Lol like it's not enough bots on bg already.

Do you honestly believe that they changed that in a matter of minutes? I'm asking for you to be absolutely honest with yourself.
So you really believe that all that buildup with Zandalari paladins everywhere, even for them appearing in newest raid, together with new HS expansion where they're shown has absolutely nothing to do with it?

You really think that such a big decision can be done within 30 minutes without consultation with lead game developer and couldn't be simply website mistake/trolling?
