Farmed around 40k honor on 3 characters, never saw Zado premade.
But if that’s the problem - simply don’t play EBG. Afterall, there’s a bracket for arenas, there’s a bracket for rbg, but there’s no bracket for EBG. So what’s the issue with Season 1 start?

Ebgs are casual 40 man bgs, and the only casual ones. Arenas and Rbgs are for organised groups (read not casual).
I was in Ebgs 2 days where he wasn’t there and then Zado and his full 40 man premade showed up in AV today. If he’s there now, he will be there too tomorrow and pretty much all the time forth, like in DF.

Posted it a long time ago - but yeah the solution is still the same. Mass report them. They’re bypassing the 5 group maximum by queue syncing using discord. Every time you see them in a premade, just ask in instance chat for your team to report them. It will autoflag and ban them for a few days.
Blizzard have given the playerbase tools to correct bad behaviour among themselves, but that won’t happen if you don’t use the tool. Report early and often, every time you see them in an Epic BG premade of 6+
same here, been doing a lot of EBG on horde and didn’t met any premade yet, when we constantly met ally premade aka pandora and larkus during s3 and s4.

You will find almost all premade leader saying that blizzard “have made an official statement, that sync queueing is not against their rules or code of conduct”
So good luck with this fight I hope Blizz will finaly do something one day

How is reporting them the right solution when nobody actually gets banned? Premade raids fall into the “lame but not technically a bannable offense category.”
One can only try to play David VS Goliath and see how far you can get with your random team, sit through it and queue next or take a deserter for 15 min. These are your realistic choices, as annoying as it is. Fortunately, synced premades are relatively rare.

when season starts, and the people who actually care about winning and playing good will move to rated, they will come back to their typical 24/7.

They just need to make the ques cross faction so that they aren’t able to que sync (they can end up facing themselves or get leavers penalties etc). Easiest solution and also fixes que disparity.

this would fix alot of balance issues too, and make queues faster, at basically no costs
because remember, the alliance and the horde are literally side by side in the story FOR AGES

I just got back a week ago so I just find it hilarious that nothing has changed. And notice what? That you’re still cheating in premades and leave after losing first fight? I haven’t seen you since DF and I like to keep it that way, no room for cheating premades in my gametime. So go back to farm your honorlvls by stomping on randoms with your premades in EBG all day. Destroying me he says lmao. No you destroy the EBG game mode not me. I just hope everybody stops queuing and it’s just premade vs premade. I just queu blitz and forget you exist, simples.

To date I don’t know of a single case where someone has been banned for that. 
Maybe you should accept it.
