Everytime i enter the Zaleth on the Go race i get disconnected after a few seconds into the race, or immediately after using the first spell.
Anyone else having issues with this quest?

Good to know it’s not just me. I was able to complete the race eventually without using the first spell the entire race but that only gets you Bronze.
Funny thing is the Daycare Derby achievement for doing the races still gives you credit even if you don’t complete the race.

Yep, happens to me when I use the blink action though I managed to complete the course without using it.

It’s really annoying… have the same issue. Try to complete it without using the Blink ability.

I wonder if this bug is related to the DCs I used to get when dragonflying after completing the Wild Arcana PvP quest. I’d mount up, start flying off then the blink-like buff effect would kick in and instantly DC me.

Only happens to me when I use Blink Boost straight away, I didn’t even use it throughout the race & didn’t DC.
Maybe using it causes the DC itself.

Glad to know I ain’t the only one that have this problem. For me it seems to be if I use the blink to many times in a row or if I move too fast…like as if the game can’t keep up with the speed and so just decided to throw you out

Also experiencing this. Given how consistent the DC appears to be I don’t understand how it has released like this.
I could say tha that about a lot of things this patch. Currently trying to access the AH but now that isn’t working either. Just a constant loading circle, no favourites - nothing. Oh but the one bit that does work is the wow token page!
Low graphics, low draw and minimum view distance in combination with manually rotating the camera by 180 degrees each time before you use any ability is how you can reliably avoid disconnecting from the game, which might be of some help to the lone intern in charge of fixing this three months from now.
It is a hassle but I’ve managed final time of 94s.
After reading a bit online and testing it myself, I ‘‘think’’ I have found a solution.
DC seems linked with mouse movement. If you DON’T move the mouse just when you use 1. 2. 3. then you don’t seem to get DC’d.
Have only tried this solution 2 times so I don’t know for sure…

Tried this a bit and it seems to work for me as well, except at that part where you’re coming just out of the city and have to go up over the rocks at the Cliffroost. Blinking there DCs me regardless, even if I’m not touching my mouse.
Still managed to get gold this way, but a fix would really be appreciated.
I have this quest up today and still getting disconnected when using blink. Only managed bronze and im ocd at needing gold on every race 
Got the same discon bug, as soon the race starts and i hit the first key i get a disconnect, and no not moving the mouse is no solution for me, im steering the dragon with it.
Guess i need to wait for a fix…
Same issue same as the rest. It feels like the game may be tripping some kind of old anti-speedhack measure? (Game never could handle too many blinks in a row, no wonder it was always capped at 2 charges) Or maybe it’s related to the strange jump-disconnect bug that’s been prevalent in this game for like half a decade at this point…
Also noticed it happens more often near doodads like trees, or the archway in the middle of the city.
Managed to get gold by 1.2 seconds, but even that just barely…this definitely needs to be looked at.
It disconnected you immediately if you use Blink Boost.
Completed this daily and I used only Arcane Acceleration.

Havent moved my Mouse while using any Spell and i could end the run normal
