< Elitism > is an Alliance 2-day raiding guild on the Zandalar Tribe server.
Our guild has been formed since vanilla and now raiding on the classic again. We have cleared all content and now searching for more active raiders for next phases.

Recruitment:
Our members are dedicated towards raiding. We raid 2 days a week from 19:30 to 23:00 server time. The days are Monday and Wednesday.
We expect our recruits to have a 100% attendance for our raiding schedule. Our raiders are also expected to be prepared and know their class inside out so they can provide there best performance. We expect the very same from our recruits.
Until new phases comes you will increase your chance of approval and a bonus for your application.
We are always seeking for exceptionall applicants even if your class is not being recruited.
