Zandalari Paladin Mount

So, with Zandalari Paladin being confirmed. What do you people think their "charger" will be? I mean we have for almost all Paladin races a unique paladin mount. I myself imagine Blizzard will go the route of recoloring the "Gilded Ravasaur" and give that, but I HOPE that, seeing Shirvalla being a paladin card in hearthstone, blizzard will give them a HD version of the Zul'gurub tiger with a golden armor.
I'm hoping for a holy tiger akin to Shirvallah personally, but a holy ravasaur to match Rezan seems more likely.
While it might normally be just a tad too big if the ingame animal is any clue, I would personally hope for a devilsaur due to their, I would assume because of the Prelates, connection to Rezan.

So the same assumption/hope as me. Glad to see I'm not the only one that wants to ride a shiny tiger.
This made me curious about one perticuluar thing about zandalari paladins.

Didnt the Prelate loose their ''light'' powers after rezan's death? it was hinted by their pressence in the throne of thunder and in zuldazar. They spoke of a Light of Rezan is the source of their strenght and power, but after the los died they lost it.

Any idea if im wrong of it they still got enough power juice to carry on?

Rezan is a wild god and thus immortal.

He'll be back.
Seeing as how hints suggest shirvallah stepping up as a Light Loa, my bet is on some kind of great cat mount. Devilsaurs would be cool but Rezan is dead in canon so he can't bestow his powers any more.

Of the other prominent Zandalari Loa that remain, Shirvallah seems the best fit given its niche is relatively undefined beyond being a loa of tigers, so blizzard could easily fix some traits to it to make it fit. Pa'ku is winds and sea, Gonk is shapes and hunting, Krag'wa is abundance and Bwonsamdi is death. None of those stand out to me as being particularly fit for a paladin.

An alternative is Vol'jin ascends to Loa of Kings and powers the Prelates. This wouldn't make for a clear mount choice though beyond another raptor perhaps.

He will be. The Lost Codex had an interview with Afrasiabi, and he confirmed that Shadra, Rezan and Hir'eek are not fully dead. Hir'eek was corrupted by Old God magic, Rezan in an even more drastic manner and Shadra was drained while Yazma proclaimed she would "Die forever!" but it seems they are still active. Mam'toth is the only known permanently dead Loa.

Poor Mam'toth, he is the firdt amongst them to truly die.

Makes me wonder how they'll explain Ashamane being dead then, tho?
A mini Rezan is the only logical answer.
A spaceship in the shape of Rezan.

*crosses arms*

Wakand- ZANDALAR FOREVER
We all want a Devilsaur, one tanked out in golden armor plates.

But we may also get a hulking Direhorn, again with bulky golden armor.

But we all WANT the Devilsaur. Come on blizzard, hear our plea--

REZAN, HEAR OUR PRAYERS!!
It'll probably be a direhorn or raptor..
But here's hoping for an armoured devilsaur!
Dude heck yeah
I wanna see zandalari prelates charging in on "holy" raptors all day
I am hoping we won't get a raptor after the collectors edition one. Anything else is great.

Either a raptor or a fully armored up monster tank of a triceratops
I'm hoping for a holy tiger too!
Hearthstone lore isnt canon in WoW and I highly doubt they will use Shirvallah as the new Paladin Loa when Kimbul is already in the game. Perhaps they dont even need a new "single" Loa, but Zandalari will learn to draw the powers of light from faith itself. In WoW lore Shirvallah is a rage filled beast anyways.

My bet is on a raptor or direhorn, to keep the entire Zandalari = Dinosaurs thing up. I can dream to have a devilsaur though.

Yeah, I give it at least two expansions - if that - until they're just as generic as the Silver Hand, Blood Knights and Sunwalkers.

You're a lot more generous than I am.

Headcanon is that Shirvallah is a shiny tiger embodying things like pride and righteous strength and Kimbul is a sneaky tiger who hunts in the night.

But we'll see. We're all probably putting more thought into it than blizz will.
