Why Embrace of The Loa has 5 days CD? 
I wanted to try another, and its trash, i cannot change. Or maybe a training dummy will be good next to these Loa statues…
Maybe to decrease to the CD for One hour? Thanks

Because they’ve forgotten about us. It’d be a nice QoL thing, mind you none of them are particularly good. I keep Pa’ku as it’s the universally best one and forget about it. We just didn’t win the racial lottery
