Anyone else notice the “loa spirit”/ non Zandalari Troll Spirit opposite of Sethraliss’ spirit by the stairs? It was not Vol’jin’s model… could it actually have been Vol’jin’s father as so many theorized, that he became a Loa after/at his death way back when?
Or who do you think this was?

The Loa patron of Troll mastery over the arcane and the voodoo.
It was a rather prominent Loa in the Troll Wars. His latest appearance was in Zulgurub during Cataclysm.
Funnily enough, many of the enchantments that the elves used against trolls, came from stuff they ‘stole’ from him.

I did not remember any troll loa but the name rings a bell…
Here he uses his old basic troll model, but after they added the new Zandalari model, he was upgraded.
But yeah, it was rather interesting how they managed to represent the spirits of all the Loa that didn’t manage to make it to Talanjis coronation.
It was nice seeing Torcali’s model. And how even Jani was present.
Kind of sad they seemingly killed of Shadra permanently.
I’m actually happy to see him there. Zanza has never been prominent until now - at least to those who has heard of him.
Awesome to see Torcali at last too! Who… took up pretty much an entire quarter of the temple
And Hir’rek along with Rezan. I missed seeing them as well.
Hell, we even got the shark loa, wasn’t expecting to actually see him.

Have no writing of the loa we want to see again, or the confirmation they’re really dead.
Have no fear, Shadra and Rezan are in a type of “limbo” status, it was said that the Loa are much like Wild Gods and thus never -truly- die. The fact that there is a High Priestess for Shadra still indicates this further.
Loa can also be reborn, as we see with Torga. So its likely they will return in some form eventually.
