Which one is the stronger in physically and lorewise?

I think the Zandalari
The dandy Zandies.
Physically it’s probably Darkspear but lorewise (as in their army and things) the Zandalari by far. Their empire is much larger than the Darkspear could and will ever be.

The Zandalari have always been the strongest of the Troll race.
Some became Night Elves then NightBorne but they aren’t trolls anymore.

The Zandalari have often been antagonists that the Dark Spear just have not been able to compare to. Outside of the race leader Vol’Jin the Dark Spear does not have anyone that could even remotely be a threat.
Rokan the defacto leader of the Darkspear Troll was almost defeated by Blademaster Telaamon was it not for a combined force including the Horde champion to take down.
It was a time of weakness not strength that the Zandalari have joined the Horde. Should they return to the strength they once had then it could be problematic.
Not sure about physically, but the Zandalari are one of the oldest of all troll tribes. They have the biggest troll tribe army too.
Darkspear are a Jungle troll tribe which is doing better than other jungle troll tribes out there, but mostly got mighty with the help of the horde. Any troll who does not join the horde is bound to suffer the fate of their homes turning into a raid/ dungeon.
Those are the Dark trolls that became elves. They came out of the caves and moved near the Well of Eternity.

the zandalaari, they basicly were the big bosses of troll society. the darkspear was a small tribe chases out of stranglevale by other trolls and then nearly wiped out by murlocs until thrall saved them. While the zandalaari were an empire. darkspear trolls are better at voodoo and sneaking tactics than direct fights

The Darkspear do not have a territory of their own. Whereas the Zandalari has influenced and even led the other Troll tribes, had a reach all across Azeroth with just Zandalari resources and efforts.
The Zandalari has done fine outside of the Horde. The Thunder King and Rise of the Zandalari were both detachments of the Zandalari force and not their full strength.
Their strength was untested but they were powerful until they picked a fight with the Alliance, their unprovoked attack on one of our fleets then got wrecked because of it.
Only joining the Horde due to weakened state and fear of the Alliance after Rhastakhan.
Whereas the Darkspear outside of the Horde would have perished long time ago.
It’s like asking the question whether it’s better to have an uncivilized world where they are able to sacrifice you for the rain or a more civilized world where they have some rituals but not always dangerous to health.
