Zaqali Elders WB - Very very uneven loot distribution

From they came out, I have been running them every week on 12 lvl 70
Until 5 weeks ago after 100’s of runs, I had Zero loot.
5 weeks ago, suddenly all 12 each got loot
Since 5 weeks ago, we are back to Zero loot on any of the 12, after 60 runs…
Must be a bug with that very very uneven loot distribution

I’ve only done it a handful of times and gotten the hat 3 times which isn’t much good to me (even the 1st one I got is stuck at 424 as I don’t have whatever crests are above Drakes).

CBA to do it anymore though, last time I went over there my repair bill was >1200g. I keep getting shot down into lava and usually need at least one Spirit Res.

I gave up bothering with the world boss down there after a few weeks (on multiple chars). It just seems pointless when the drops are that rare.

Loot week number 2 for me.
Has anyone else had their luck paused since the first week of unintentional high drop rates and having it again this week?
In the previous week in july I had 7/7 chars getting loot (cloth: boots, leather: chest, chain: boots, plate: boots), now I have 8/8 chars getting the complementary loot (cloth: pants, leather: wrists, chain: head, plate: belts).
