How does one start the inherited sin part 5 ? There’s no quest for it on the map.
No post mentions or dev comments if it’s timegated, official post implies we are able to get the story done this week.
People on NA forum said they saw players riding the new mount ? Can’t belive that’s true.
Are we being again timegated for no reason ?
Seeing the quest journal tell me to raise the reputation with the 10.0 factions makes me think it’s a bug. I hope it is.

The next chapter takes us into the raid, so it’ll probably be available next week.
Max rep with the old factions, which is what the UI tells you would unlock the next chapter.
It’s time gated, there was a blue post about an hour ago saying so. It’ll be available next week.
The blue post also said chapter 4 is meant for next week, when we’ve already done it so… even Blizzard doesn’t know what’s happening.
Chapter 4 should reward a mount… so no, it probably wasn’t playable. I just checked, didn’t appear for me.
We have four chapters completed, you can check it. It’s the next chapter that rewards the mount.
