For two days now its been a problem to enter Zaralek Caverns.
The zone wont load.

There doesn’t appear to be any other reports of this issue so it’s possible it’s on your end. Maybe if you gave more information someone might be able to help.
What exactly happens when you travel through the tunnel to enter the zone? Do you get an error message? Is the cave blocked off? Is it that the zone is just empty (No NPC’s) ? or are you in the zone and get DC’d loggin in?
The tunnel is blocked off by that big stone. I tried to take a taxi down there, which worked to get pass the stone but then the entire screen went blue and I spawned in Onaran plains after a while.
Correecttion I get disconnected and when I log in again I end up there. I get this error code: wow51900319
I think the error code is the general error code you get when ever the game kicks you out for some technical reason.
I’ve experianced simular issues with the cavern as you described in the past but without the disconnection event. There seems to be some sort of hidden loading screen just as you get to the the rock wall and if the servers laggy or PC’s performance is a bit slow you hit an error wall.
I’ve sometimes flown in so fast with Dragon Riding that i still see the cave sealed and get a error message in red saying i don’t have permission to enter that content as i fly through it… though it still let’s me in but i’d bet that if you added lag to the mix then you would get a DC or portaled out before the game caught up.
I think the cave is initailly sealed off until you have started the campain for the Cavern but i think you only have to do that on one character and alts have instance access. Just to check, but i’m assuming as you have flight paths there that you have been in before on that character without issue and you have started the campaign on at least one char to unlcock the cavern?
Have you tried with no addons enabled? Addons can cause game lag and DC’s, especially when changing zones so i’d suggest trying without them to see if that makes a differance.
If you started the quest chain for it and dont complete odd things happen. Check quest log and either do or delete any you have for the intro
I know some people with the exact same issues, on 2 computers on 2 different accounts in the same household, do you by any chance live in Umeå sweden?
Same problem here, I can’t enter the cavern it is blocked by a wall. And my girlfriend
(same household different computer) logged out on her main in Loamm before the problems started, and got stuck in the loading screen when she tried to log back in. A friend of ours had to log in on her account and move her main out of the caverns.
We have both completed the quest chain and all side quests when Zaralek Caverns first released, so that is not the problem.
Funnily enough, i just had this happen to me. Flew into the caverns with Dragon Riding and hit the wall and didn’t go through it like usually happens. Noticed others also stuck in the wall.
I eventually got in by flying back in and out a few times and the wall dissappeared but i think that was more luck than anything else.
EDIT: Now got the same issue using flight path too.
Experienced same thing. Huge rock was blocking entrance to the Caverns. Did all quests and I’m renown 20 with Loamm.
Yea the cave is blocked when im going in all the time now for a few seconds i kinda feels like having to stop for a red light when driving your car and i dare not enter the cave from the west plains or azura as i often not get a block by the rock but my entire game freezes and i cant take any action at all other than ctrl alt delete exit the whole thing and this problem i had since patch launch and made threads about with no action
