Way too strong even for a warrior,After 5 days of pain and struggle i could still not beat him,all his mecanics almost are one-shoot,The only thing that makes this fight almost impossible is the debuff,how the edited by moderator i cannot clean myself but i have to pop all my healing cooldowns while other classes like palladins can clean theyre debuff,please remove some of paladin gods spell.In the portal phase intrerupting the healing seems difficult sometimes he is bring you trough the portals .How can some classes solo him in one-shoot or so easy,wtf is this game. In the end edited by moderator that debuff ability, that poison and Zekvir and all the easy classes like paladins.Damn,now i need cola to chill myself.

Charge as slayer removes spittle debuff. As does avatar and bladestorm in a pinch.
Kick heal, run away and charge on spittle, and don’t swap to eggs til zekvir is near it so his frontal doesn’t cover the whole room. Should kill it in a few tries from there.

Wahhh, waahhhh, i can’t do this because I’ve not bothered to look at any tactics, but some other class can so just nerf them so they can’t, because i’m lazy and entitled.

I don’t know how can people undergeared to even do this, seems weird as Zekvir melle atack in ?? hits hard,even the biggest ilvl player can feel it,how can the lower geared people only to survive seems weird.
It’s probably a pretty tremendous skill difference too be honest, and I’m not saying you’re bad.
It’ll be to your advantage to read your talents thoroughly so you understand what they do, you’ll use specific builds to counter specific challenges.
Didn’t you have Spell Reflect? When he cast a DoT on you, couldn’t you reflect it back?
I didn’t do it on a warrior, but I think every class has a way to deal with a mechanic one way or another.
For example, I can use Freedom, hunters can Disengage, and monks have Tiger’s Lust.
Instead of what you’re doing here, you should invest time in learning your class.
That challenge isn’t that difficult; you just need to play the mechanics properly you can’t cheese it with DPS.
Thanks but spell reflect doesn’t work on him,it’s not about y talents or how i play,i don’t have problems with my talents or dps on him,tough i blame myself when i am using a bad position or getting knocked out when i am positioning bad myself or forgeting to intrerupt while getting the egg web down,my only problem as i sayd before is the dot,that venom debuff,sometimes Brann clean it from me,but most of the time i am dyibg from it,either in first bit mostly in second phase.
- You should be running Brann as healer with Porcelain Arrowhead and Amorphous Idols.
- Arms is perfectly viable, but Fury is easier for reasons I will detail below
- You will want to run a more Mythic + style build. Namely, you want Dragon Roar totally buffed to be 45 seconds + have the stronger effect so it’s always up for the egg. You also want Odyn’s Fury, and the talent that casts Avatar when you Odyn’s Fury.
- Always try to drag the boss over to the egg, and save your burst for the egg. You should be able to Roar every one and Bladestorm every other.
- You can remove the DOT in several different ways: Brann can do it himself, you can use Avatar, you can use Odyn’s Fury to proc Avatar, and Bladestorm. You can also use Charge if you are a Slayer hero talent. This particular collection of tips is what allowed me to beat the fight. I had no idea you could have this many avenues to remove the DOT. In Phase 2, Brann is likely to die and so you will want to make sure you have these available. Personally, I tried to keep Odyn’s Fury available for the DOT, as the Charge became increasingly dangerous to pull off.
- During Phase 2 only, you can use Spell Reflect on his fear. This will do millions of damage to him. You still need to dodge the orbs that the fear cast puts out.
- If you use DBM or BW, I would suggest paying close attention to the boss timers. I lost several runs due to spell queueing and the boss speed casting his next ability. Being able to see what is coming next saved me from this.

Walk over Branns potions constantly to heal.
Is finnaly done,Yesterday i’ve put my boots over his carapace and i brought him down the bigger he was.Charge slayer talent removed the spitefful talent and my blind eyes could not see alone.Thank you for these detail it really helped me in fight and saved me alot of time.
I am so releaved after his defeat,also Brann went on Dps with Porcelan and Amorphous ,Brann is intrerupting him and was so funny to watch it. I did put Brann as healer a few days but i changed him because Zek’vir was mostly using spells then melle attacking us.

Worse comes to worst use a ranged class. Doesn’t take long to level and hit 480+ ilvl after hitting cap.
Pretty doable with a 480+ Shadow Priest, their fade [with talent] instantly removes the DoT as it’s a slow effect.

Without DBM it would be close to impossible to do it… With DBM it just a matter of waiting to he falls over…
I’m part of the 4% that cleared him… Still makes it an awful designed boss. And since some can clear it with super low Ilvl there is scaling abuse going on aswell lol…
No mount for you then lol… Try doing it solo instead of saying how easy solo content is as a group

what do you mean by mount?
There’s no scaling abuse he’s just not very tightly tuned at all. The only weird thing is his melee swings are based on your spec’s armour type. So clothies take noticeably less melee damage.
There is a mount for doing ?? solo…
