I see players beating him at around 605 ilvl and i am with 621 ilvl (Prot War) + level 45 Brann on try 65 and have not be able yet to dps him down to 60%. So i kinda think that the more stronger you are the more difficult is to beat him.
Just try naked without gear if you think that

“Zekvir ??” could be soloed with 569 ilvl / Brann lvl 19. You don’t need 605 ilvl.

There’s no ilvl scaling on zekvir. Fight’s the same no matter your ilvl. Prot warriors have done it with way less gear than you have.
Just a small question; are there special items or something to be able to kill the egg? If i do not tunnel vision the egg with a farseer extra guy helping me, and do not need to move somewhere i am able to kill the egg on 630. But otherwise theres just 25+% left and i will get overwhelmed. Stars really need to align to get the egg down.
Nope, you just need to pool the appropriate resources / spread your CDs out so you have enough damage for every egg set.
Well i am a healer, i do not have resources or damage cooldowns 
it is the farseer guy and otherwise nothing.
I would also suggest running brann as healer regardless of your role / spec. The eggs have more hp if you do it as DPS.
Honestly you’re better off playing even the most basic of ele builds.
Is the health of the egg depended on the role of Brann? Yeah i always run him as dps since i am healing.
It’s based on Brann’s role and your role I believe. Healers get a 30% reduction but I think DPS brann adds like 10% or at least it used to.

Unfortunately did this on my Tank character switched to DPS (Monk) to finally get him down. The only other instance I remember a healer class doing it were Fistweavers, due to how they can pool a strong offensive as part of their core mechanic of converting damage into heals and such.
You are much better pooling resources or even learning the DPS/Tank role of your chosen class(es) than trying to muscle it as a healer, I found!

Preservation Evoker can do it pretty comfortably. It’s probably easier than devastation though you need a bit of ilvl.

Time to learn dps, i suppose.
In shadowlands i managed to do elemental mage tower 
In my M+ group my tank also didn’t managed to do it yet on close to 630. We play multiple classes but i play on all healer, and he on all tank.

Prot paladins and prot warriors have both done it around 605, if not less.
One prot warrior did it around 580 just to prove it was doable.
Paladin is the only tank he refuses to play. I know he has at least leveled also his warrior, so maybe he can do it on that. He is currently guardian. I do not know the specifics about that.
Thats really easy to test. Put 14 ilevels worth of gear in your bank and see?
What you’ll actually find is they are really good players, and you probably less so.

How do people not get 1 shot by auto attacks from the boss? I struggled big time on “?” Zekvir at ilvl 615…
The auto attacks never one shot you at that ilevel. The only problem you can run into is an attack, not topping up followed by a crit (which will kill you). It’s less than ideal but broadly the answer is step over the potions regularly and hope you don’t get rng’d.
I’ll just wait until I’m max ilvl. I don’t have the patience for that kind of torture.
