Can u pls fix this bug, reset him, or make a workaround so we can skip this step in the first campaign, so we can progress and finish it, and start on the new campaign?
Its an ongoing issue with this mob I c, and we were just about 50 players on both factions stuck on him and unable to hit him. I am not skipping the first campign and start on the next untill the first is complete, so could u sort this out alr pls…
Mark our quest as complete if we wish it if nothing else, so we can progress.

Which campaign is this in and what exactly is the bug?
At present all you can do is change shard to try and find an unbugged version. WM on/off will usually guarantee to move you to another shard but there is no guarantee there isn’t a bugged version there too 
It’s so common it even has it’s own FAQ
The link does not lead to anything usefull or what it says in the description, just a default bug report with no further hints. There is nothing under ‘what to do’ for me. I have alr tried the wm on and of and it didnt work.
Hey! It does not work. I tried everything that was adviced on this problem. Still its bugged. And know there is a lot of people waiting there to get fixed. We can not continue our campaigns until this fixed.

Oh and after 4 hours wait the ticket responce was to go google it and see wowhead or icy-veins… What are they thinking? Solve the problem ffs.

The workarounds suggested out there doesnt work! I have alr tried wm on and off, ive tried abusing the finder and jumping around in randomg groups(sry!) to see if that helped, ive tried having friends on other servers inv me, nothing worked. We are many that dont like standing here waiting to progress campaign, id really like to finish it so i can start on the new campaign and see the new zone etc! Its embaressing, can @Blizzard give a response and have this fixed pls, come on man

This is totally unacceptable!!! I payed lots of money for the expansion and for the subscription and what I get. I get a big bag of sht made game where lots of campaign quests are bugged. I am tired of this sht. Looking forward for a refund. Also telling my friends to do so cause this is UNACCEPTABLE.
There are pp here who says this has been bugged since this morning, and its still bugged at 9pm in the evening. Really, what are u doing up there in clouds with ur thick wallets but no integrity?

This bug is known since January/February but they don’t want to spend resources to fix it.
Just remove the quest blizzard don’t be so incompetent

That quest has been bugged since the start of this year… 7 months time to fix that… This is embarrassing.
I know, it’s very frustrating
If you are lucky you can find one up in another shard (changing from wm on or off is not the only way to shard hop), I had to do that on one character but it gets harder and harder to find non bugged shards now.
It’s a shame support can’t just auto complete it for you or something seeing as it’s clearly a long term issue.

Something tells me that there are no shards left where it’s not bugged.
Seems to be bugged on all shards WM off and on. Severely frustrating, Blizz.
Halleluja, I just logged in this morning to check and it works now. For now at least. Do write here if it still bugs for u, again…
Zel’han the Summoner has bugged again and is just permanently evading. Been like this for a few hours now…
