Zerk vs Incarn/CA

Recently did Ovinax Mythic and did it as Balance. Gotta say, everytime Incarn or CA was available it felt like it was a supreme being.

Same cannot be said for Berserk. If you dont line it up with max pooled energy or a Tiger’s Fury its just a garbage use. Something you dont really need to as Balance.

It really needs to change. Zerk has been nerfed every expansion and Incarn is non-existent in use for Feral. How can you as a developer not see that somethings clearly wrong here? It cant be hard to sit down and take a proper look at some of the disparities between the two specs and their cooldowns.

Feral isnt fun during Zerk unless you pool + have TF available.

It was a problem in Ulduar, was a bigger one in SL&DF and this is just compounded how poor a button it is. Considering 3!!! talents are dedicated to improving it, how can it still be so crap?

Its BS that you have to invest nearly 4 points to make it viable…

1 Berserk itself (15% dmg and more combopoint generation 3min cd)
2 Frenzy (bleed on generator abilities)
3 Heart of the Lion (60sec off cd making it a whole 2min cd)
4 Incarnation (+5sec duration 25% energy cost reduction)
5 Ashamanes Guidance (increased damage from bleeds)

How to fix it:
Make the cd 2 min base and keep the 60sec cd reduction node, making it 1min in the end.
Roll 1 and 2 together.
Put a node in that applies rake on all enemies around you.
