Warlocks are already doing low damage compared to other classes, why are our BiS trinket locked behind a very time consuming grind that involves heavy RNG favor.
I think the whole process of getting tuners is cool and fun, and you dont really need to do alot.
Just make Zila drop from the Red portals from Overcharged portals with the current % of the green portals and up the % of the green ones. Simple fix but it will help us alot
what makes you think you have a right to get your BIS?
this is like requesting ironfoe or felstriker is a guaranteed drop when you go BRD or UBRS.
its supposed to be heavily RNG and low drop rate.
suck it up and keep grinding if you want your BIS.

@op it is like 20-25 dps gain and this with ToeP powered corruption. You won’t lose much atm for not having it.

Of the top 20 ranked affliction warlocks at golemagg (= test dummy boss)
Only 4/20 have this trinket in use on H1
7/20 on H2 and
6/20 on H3
I would not waste hours or even days of my life for a trinket that is not absolute BiS by far. Which is clearly not the case with that zila gular thing. If it would be then there should be at least 15/20 of the top 20 use it to come this far on top (imho)

If you have to spend days, even weeks as for me its not fun.
Just give us this trinket in the coin vendor and be done with it.

whats more concerning is the fact that destro locks get nothing. not even modas karkun will drop for me and ive spent days sending the imp in at noxious glade repeatedly.

Every parse you’re trying to minmax is an RNG gamba pissfest due to short fights and critical strike chance.
With the limited amount of crit available in Classic you can’t affect that, going from 5% crit from gear to 10% does not improve your RNG by much.
going from 5% to 10% is actually quite significant.
percentages are extremely valuable in their own right in this game.
1% hit can be the difference between big deeps and no deeps.
crit cap is 50% and all but a few classes/specs struggle to reach that cap without some kind of temporary buff or broken ability such as warrior’s recklessness.
rogue and hunter are by far the easiest classes to obtain crit cap with (or close to crit cap), outside of temporary buffs or abilities, and if i am not mistaken, not even these classes can actually get that from gear.
No it isn’t. If you choose to minamax, that’s your decision, noone is forcing it on you. Sure, minmaxing is heavily promoted by logs, wowhead, etc, and as such one might think it’s the only way to play. But it’s not, not by a longshot.

This is casual season. This sort of nonsense has no place in any wow game mode, least of all the explicitly casual one.
Season Of Discovery. Discovering that actually your Discovering very little. Ive yet to see modas karkun. a whole phase after it was launched. Zila gular well just doesnt exist. ive lost count how many portals and legion portals and overcharged portals ive sent this imp in to. ive had 1 portal in 3 weeks for a chance at the trinket.
“but you get other items” what essence of fire, black lotus and arcane crystal. none of which exactly cos huge amounts of gold. its actually more benficial to sell the port portals currently because theres no point in wasting them.

not one single person has sadi that. what were complaining about is the absolute abysmal way you have to even get a chance to get it. its bad enough in itself. then you portal it or overcharge it and you get abysmal rewards.
