Summoning of 1 of the bosses in Edge of Madness (Renataki), will result in him doing a “Fan of Knives” like ability and freeze everyones game into a crash of the wow client. You cannot kill him.
Please fix before new boss will be in the rotation.
Yes, i am aware of that report. But i suspect it will not suffice. So i want a public post so it might grab your attention.
I’m just a player, so you definitely don’t want my attention. Support aren’t devs either, so 99% of messages here will never reach the devs.
If reporting bugs ingame isn’t to your liking make a US trial account and level a character to level 10 so you can post on the US bug forum (there isn’t really a difference unless it’s a huge bug that gets hundreds of replies to your thread).
That is an insane sentence.
Drawing public attention to game-breaking bugs is just as important as filing a bug report so your “solution” isn’t really a solution at all. Support staff are also in a better position than anyone to forward issues to the developers.
You might think that, but they don’t. It isn’t part of their job so they won’t do that. The reason is exactly that, if they forwarded any bug reports then people would just write all their bugs here and they would just be busy forwarding bugs (which can be done by an automated system) instead of dealing with problems they’re actually supposed to deal with.
Like I said the US forums have a bug report section. The EU, for whatever reason, does not. The support article instructs EU players to report bugs ingame. I say again, if it’s not good enough for anyone they’re welcome to make a US character and post on their bug forum (which is designed for that purpose).
One would think a game which is still using the ancient “Monthly Subscription Model” would have an ACTIVE, EASY TO ACCESS, FAST/GOOD Support Staff behind the scenes working hard.
Instead i have to make a trial account and level to 10. Because my region does not even have the support option on the forums which i seek.

If it’s not to your liking you can unsub. I’m not Blizzard so I don’t care if you buy their game or not.
