I’ve been unable to play Overwatch during this entire week because of a strange issue. It’s like there’s no one in the game, the queues to look for a match are endless, there’s no custom games for me and when I play skirmish while looking for a game I’m sent to an empty game and no one would join. Can someone help me? Im a Play Station 5 player. Im sure it’s not a problem of mine because other online games work perfectly fine. I’ve been the last three days trying to contact with Blizzard, but when I tell them the problem they just sent me instructiona on how to fix another problem on PC and with other games, not Overwatch and they sent me the same instructions three times. Ahora lo escribo en español. No he podido jugar a Overwatch en toda la semana debido a un problema muy raro. Es como si no hubiera nadie en el juego, las colas para buscar partida son infinitas, no hay partidas personalizadas y cuándo juego escaramuza mientras busco una partida me mandan a una partida vacía en la que no se une nadie. Alguien me puede ayudar? Soy jugador de Play Station 5. Estoy muy seguro que no es un problema mío porque otros juegos online funcionan perfectamente. He estado los tres últimos días intentando contactar con Blizzard pero cuándo lo hago me mandan instrucciones para arreglar otro problema que no es el mío, de otro juego que no es Overwatch y encima en PC, y lo han hecho 3 veces ya.
Comprueba que tengas activado el juego multiplataforma, dicha opción se encuentra en las opciones del juego, en la pestaña Juego, y apartado General.
