good morning everyone, I take the liberty of writing on the forum because it’s almost impossible to receive certain answers from the HoTS blizzard support lately.
I think it’s a common problem to find people in ranked games who troll, who don’t adapt their pick to the party but above all people who alone manage to RUIN the game of 9 other people.
Because I feel like saying that even when you find trolls in an opposing team, the game isn’t fun.
I brought friends to play this game, we’ve been playing for years, it’s absurd to go from silver to bronze 5 consecutively losing games to people who go afk and come back to avoid getting the penalty, people who use Nova to stay away and wander around the map, people who use Leoric to go and die under the towers.
I hope to speak for everyone by saying that it is impossible that in every single match there are subjects of this type on one side of the pitch or another.
We have even compiled a list of all the trolls encountered with date and type of hero.
with these lines I would like to formally ask the staff what precautions they take, because after months, or rather years of total abundance, the only measures you take are those towards someone who rightly swears at those who ruin the game? Wouldn’t it be enough to ban them or suspend the trolls instead of the people who rightly get angry? don’t you want to intervene to prevent player toxicity? I really can understand that this is a job for you and a job has to make money and maybe HOTS doesn’t make enough for you (in fact you abandoned it years ago) but if you keep it open at least try to keep the gaming level healthy of the few fond ones.
Otherwise closed and focus on something else.
