Hello, could you enable two-factor authentication as a basic setting for new accounts? I’m truly tired of seeing bot spam in the game chat. Is it possible that, despite the reports you receive, you can’t find a way to block those darn bots? It doesn’t seem fair on Blizzard’s part; after all, we pay for the license, and this situation isn’t right. I’ve sent hundreds of reports, and not just me, but it seems that these are not taken into consideration. As you can see from one of the thousands of accounts that spam, it’s clearly a spam bot.
