As the new patch is close, will there be any changes to mechagon dungeon? Will there still be a hardmode for mechagon? If yes the aerial unit mount will still be available?

Anyways, to answer your questions:
- As of patch 8.3 Operation: Mechagon will become available in mythic plus difficulty and if you have a keystone for that dungeon, you will find it will be splitted into two different parts (as it was for Karazhan in Legion)
- Operation: Mechagon will also become available in the group finder in heroic and normal difficulty (split into two different dungeons, as well)
- “Mythic 0” difficulty will still be available and thus the hardmode of the dungeon
- you will still be able to get the Aerial Unit mount if you complete the hardmode
