I really dont know if Blizzard will read this but I will anyway express my thoughts on the matter. Blizzard announced last week the fixing of AV premades that r an exploitation of the game itself, the result is disastrous and it is really sad that us, as costumer, cant count on a company that gives us a paid service. I consider this a break of ToS and the solution of this it is not me stopping playing the game but find a way to sue Blizzard for their incompetence. If any other major company worldwide would behave like this they would get an ombudsman up their asses, now it is Blizzard time. Thanks for NOT being able to manage a decent customer service and NOT being able to provide the bare minimum required to be entitled to received a monthly payement.
Legal premise is in Paris I guess, need to research .
