Basically i died in the ground zone after the city explodes, now when i respawn in ghost form i clip in the ground, fall out and get kicked, it keeps happening, tried already 20 times to reconnect to no avail, i have a video of it happening too

That said, I think the best way to solve your issue would be to use the Unstuck Character service, that you can find here (the big blue button at the end of the article): Blizzard Support - Stuck Character, Cannot Move (battle.net)
