I’m sorry for what happened but I’m not sure Blizzard can do something about that, considering that you traded volunteerly your items to the other player.
I’d suggest you open a ticket ingame or using the proper tools on the website, attaching the screenshots.
And… this is the Italian forums. Maybe you were looking for the english ones?
