Судя по молчанию ещё никто. Такое было на твиче на когда там только стартавали эти штуки. Потом вроде всем выдали паки на шару.

Да не будет никакого кидалова. Близы не совсем уж идиоты, чтобы их с гoвном съели за пару паков.
Но сам факт, что паки задерживаются, портит впечатление от проекта.

Ну да, странно, что все начинают считать с момента начала…Я конечно перегляну файлы еще раз, но вполне логично, что ты начинаешь смотреть, прошло 2 часа, ютуб отправляет сигнал мол там 2/2 часов, пора выслать пак, ну и пока его красиво заворачивают и т.д выделяют 48 ч на доставку.
Если кто-то посмотрел пол часа, потом сделал перерыв, потом еще пол и т.д. тем более странно начинать считать сначала

Я начал смотреть в 12:00, 48 часов истекает в 14:00 для первого бустера
Увы-увы, действительно логично. Значит “первый звоночек” должен быть где-то примерно через 2 часа. А может быть, и через 4 (если они считают не 2/2 + 2/2, а 4/4).

возможен такой вариант, что паки дадут массово, когда закончится 1 неделя игр, так как с ютубом первый раз дропсы делают и есть какие-то неполадки
Да просто почему-то большинство почему-то не читает правила, там много чего полезного)) а перечивытаю и перепроверяю по 20 раз бегая только я(((

То есть Ютуб ещё будет решать, кто достоин, а кто нет? Тут просто простор для всяческих накладок – вернее, для их оправдания. Не получил паки? Нут так это спонсор(ы) или его представители сочли тебя недостойным.

Да, потому, и надо читать правила. Во-первых, самое простое условие это как минимум соблюдение кол-ва часов. Ясное дело, что если ты зашел и вышел и нет просмотра в 2 часа, то о каких паках может быть речь?
Плюс, для тех, кто может еще не знал, не все страны допущены до подобных акций в принципе. Для тех, кто не читает полотна в 7 стр и не могут найти пункт поиском, очевидные вещи, которые надо бы читать:
- ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open and offered to legal residents of most regions. За санкции я вообще молчу. 
Но дело даже не в этом, а в том, что любая погрешность, возникшая по вине Близов/Ютуба, будет просто тупо отметаться на основании этих “правил”. 
Энивей если не будут давать паки,никому и в помине их турнирчики не сдались.Пусть хоть трактат правил напишут,это в конечном итоге не меняет отношение.

Да и к чему такой пессимизм, были сбои с паками уже на твиче, если не дали ещё никому, значит это массовое, а массовое всегда компенсируют если все сломалось.
Я обобщил всем известную позицию по отношению к турикам.Редко кто будет смотреть 4 часа ради киберкотлет которые месят метовую глину.Будто в ладдере на это не насмотришься вдоволь,аж тошнит,а ещё глядеть на это безобразие? Лучше уж любой фановый лайтовый стримчик посмотреть если некуда время терять.
Я не отрицаю что возможны накладки по времени.Другой вопрос состоит в том,что они могли просто забить и никого не предупредить.В их стиле.
