I’ve been playing Hearthstone for 12 years. I’m not writing to complain, but to bring attention to critical bugs that ruin the competitive experience.
Today I lost rating (PTS) because of a crash that prevented me from reconnecting to the game. My internet connection and PC are fine — the issue is with the client.
I am ready to provide: a replay of the match and/or a video recording of the bug.
Bugs that urgently need to be fixed:

Client crashes and freezes.

Inability to reconnect to a game.

Bugs with opponent display.
I have been patient for a long time, but this is now affecting my desire to play and to support the game financially. I know I’m not the only one — many players are leaving because of the instability.
I hope this report helps. However, as long as these bugs continue to exist and the issues remain unresolved, I see no point in playing or paying for your work.
