Bnet is not loading and i can not play WoW Retail and Hardcore

It says “Oops! Something went wrong. We had trouble loading your content” i try exit the bnet and reopen, i try close pc and open again nothing and when i log in to play either Retail or Hardcore it stuck at loading server and i can not play. I manage to play overwatch but nothing else.

I got same problem but with “You have been disconnected. (WOW51900328)”.

I have same problem since yesterday when I tried to log in. My internet works percectly, blizzard battlenet app is loaded, I am EVEN ONLINE AND SEE MY FRIENDS AND CAN CHAT WITH THEM, but its says Oops! Something went wrong! and no updates or news load in the app, and I am unable to connect to the server. I tried all troubleshooting blizz offers, I tried several tactics that used by previous users who reported similar issue yers ago (password change, unisntal app, enable 2factor authentication, etc) and nothing works.

I repeat: I am online, internet works perfectly, no issue with my provider (checked), i can log into battlenet without any issues or here, but the updates do not work and I cannot login to server. When I switch to different network, asuch as phone LTE, it works perfectly. But its mind bogling because 2 days ago, same network work perfectly fine, we even played on two different computer with my gf on that network and I had never such an issue with more than year being at this appartment using this internet.

Where can be problem? Paying two subs and cannot use them on weekend :frowning:

I have same problem its error BLZBNTBNA00000005, tried everything from this https://eu.battle.net/support/pl/article/16531 nothing helped and i still have it. Later tried some more things I found online and still nothing helped. I cant play anything on bnet, download any game from bnet or couldnt update any game from bnet. Yet everyother game/site works. I am after uninstalling every game, every temp file and an app and the error still appears. If someone knows fix let me know.

Have this problem too, my subscription just keeps going and I cant play

Same here, since yesterday there was issue where I was not able to go from Eastern Kingdoms to Kalimdor. When I boarded the ship in Booty Bay, on transit, my character was ported to Booty Bay’s graveyard. With the message “Transfer Aborded: instance not found”

Now I had issues with log in to my char as it was said that World Server is down. I was on layer 5 on Soulseeker, when the issues started.

Many with the same issue. I have had it since yesterday and has been in contact with Blizzard, they can’t help.
However, in other forums we are many that has Tele2 as provider so we have called them to check on their side.
Also saw that Poland has some issues, provider Vectra. But there might be many more.

Both my phone and computer is Tele2. If you don’t have Tele2 on your phone you can try and connect and use it as a HotSpot if you use WiFi on you computer.

At the bottom Blizzard admitted, that the issue was on their side and right now probably it is happening again.
I have opened a support ticket about that describing everything what I have found, but I have been ignored and all they did is to sent me to some general troubleshooting guides… Pathetic.
Additonally, probably if you will uninstall battle.net client, you will not be able to install it again, because it will stuck on 45%, as it was described here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/blizzard/t/battlenet-update-agent-stuck/46646
It is like that for me.
Also, there is another thread about these connection issues on Polish version of this forum and other people also have these issues since Friday. We already established, that we have the same internet provider and other person said, that when he switched to different internet he has in his house, issue disappeard.

BLIZZARD - are you going to look into this case and stop pretending like nothing is happening? Also, what about our subscriptions? We cannot use product we payed for and it is not our fault!

I have the same problem (You have been disconnected (WOW51900328)) and "Ops, we cannot bla bla, since yesterday. Blizzard any solution maybe? We pay our money for subscription and we cant play…

Suddenly it started to work, for now…

sam issue here, also im now stuck at initializing even with VPN on, without VPN i cant get into battlnet launcer. before i found this post i tried everything for several houyrs untill i deleted the game to reinstall it. now it’s stuck on initializing. any sollutions?

Looks like issue has been resolved. People confirmed that across several threads and it also started to work for me.
