I believe this is somehow related to traffic on the server. I am on EU server and when you try to start the game in the early morning it starts in like 2 seconds, but around 11AM it already takes quite some time with that fancy white screen taking up to 2 minutes to start which is insane. This issue occured almost a year ago and its not patched yet…what. the. hell!!

I was also looking at Wireshark etc and I suspected SC2 is just completely dumply trying to connect to some bad IP address.
But I don’t know enough about windows to know about “ipconfig /release” etc.

Its the disk read speed turns to a crawl at like 5mb/s no idea why its happeneing though
