Today my lv 80 Sorc got rolled back to lvl 50. I basically lost a whole week of progress 
How am I supposed to play this game knowing that everything can be lost at any moment and will never get restored?
Same shit, I prep my coffee and log on to suddenly see my lvl 84 sorc is 54(!!) nowā¦ surprise surprise, server issues AGAIN.
Itās amazing how the launcher doesnāt even say anything and I have to go to twitter and here to find out what the fuck is going on.
This shit aināt funny anymore, this is calling for lawsuits.

Unfortunately, character progression (levels and/or items) lost following a rollback cannot be restored. We know that itās always very frustrating, and our developers are working on on the root cause to make sure that this doesnāt happen again in the future.
For the Horadric Cube, it can be obtained again in the Halls of the Dead in Act II by killing a monster called Bloodwitch the Wild.
I also just logged in to notice that my cube is gone as well as several quests having been reset that I had already completed last night.
I gotta say that losing progress in an RPG game this randomly and this often really is a game breaker for me.
I would like the people at Blizzard to imagine if you were working on a word document / excel sheet / powerpoint presentation or a piece of code and the next day you start your PC your entire progress is just wiped becauseā¦ āreasonsā. Oh hey but at least here is an apology attached to my document that āweāre sorryā. This really is unacceptable.
Yes Diablo 2 is a ājust a gameā but as a customer I have to say that words of apology really arenāt very comforting here and this is a huge issue. I canāt think of any other company having this much trouble with the simplest of issues. Make backups. Make them often and fix the problem please.

Ahahahaaa. Heeeehā¦ So can i refund this joke now, cuz there is no point of playing it if you just delete our stuff. My high lvl sorc is rolled back to start of the Hell diff, all the farmed gear is gone with just āoh its deleted, gl next timeā.

Today i finally looted my 4os Monarch on hell near Shenk. Even made screenshot of itā¦ I left the game to transfer it to the twink, but I could not enter the game. I waited for several hours. And of course the shield was gone.
Blizzard, you have no right to erase negative comments. You fully deserve them. Your engineers are completely incompetent. You as a company have fallen below the floor in the last 10-15 years. For 3 days in a row, your servers go down and you have nothing to offer players other than messages that make them even more angry. Rubbish. Your specialists are simply worthless and useless lazy people.

Will there be a statement in the future when the rollback issue is fixed? I know youāre trying the best, but there really is no point in playing when everything can just randomly disappear.
I lost 73 paladin with two āSpiritsā on Hell diff, now he is 20 lvl on normal act 3 without any progress and itemsā¦WTF? Will it be fixed?
Blue post just confirmed that lvl loss following rollbacks is not restoredā¦ so that means we got screwed. I am NEVER touching this game again

After the server went down 3 hours ago that was 5:30pm Asian time. I lost a 4 lost superior Flail. Gheedās Unique grand charm, A Tal Rasha Head peace and a Durielās Shell. Those are all from a secret cow level Drop hell difficulty. Iāve been farming the whole day and when the servers went back up I lost all 4 items. I want them back please.
