When will you fix the bug of losing level and items? Will the level of characters be restored?
well since my topic had nothing to do with people complaining about not being able to play the game, i complained there was no info for eu and asia players in the launcher about blizzard having problems with login, ONLY the us players had an information pane in the launcher…
So Unless you intend on implementing it in the launcher with characters coming back online my topic was unrightfully closed
Cube can be easily regained, but the items lost during its last use - that could be a little bit more annoying process…

Found my first Vex after long farm yesterday. Lost it due rollback, any chances it will be restored?

so servers rolled back my respec in act1 in hell completed the hell difficulty q1 again and got no respec
Hello. After yesterday’s server collapse, 6-8 large amulets disappeared from the character’s bag. Before the servers took off, I disassembled the inventory and threw them on the ground, later picked them up and put them in the chest, after about 5 minutes the servers were disconnected. Apparently there was a rollback at the moment when they were lying on the ground. These were the best charms I have, without them it became more difficult to play at a high level of difficulty (Hell)
I’ve managed to find a really cool bow and now i’ve lost it.

Same here with some excellent elite gloves (perfect for crafting) plus an elite sword.
I have lost tons of cool stuff. Carin, Trangoul chest, Reapers Toll… And more than 20 character levels. Now imm sitting and start of Hell dif.
So i wanted to level up this sorc back for endgame farming, so i threw her some items from alts. Thats with another Insight for the merc. Aaaaaand its rolled back again and Second Insight deleted (cuz its rollback only for some characters, so while my main was rolled back again, alts were not).

Consider being lucky if you lost “only” one item.
Ok, I just lost nice unique item because of rollback. My question is - is it safe to even play?

Not sure. Playing hc, and making it a habit now to regularly “save and exit”. Just in case they reroll/reset, I wouldn’t lose to much.
This is not how that works…problem is on their servers. Your save will work only on offline character.
If you play HC and the server crash again at pull…your char is 100% dead…forever!
