Same problem here got those crashes daily 2-3 times per day and NOW its even better becouse that briliant idea of QUEUE … ( got updated drivers ) So problem is in ur 40€ game with limited servers limited game creation and couple days ago even online time limited becouse of server crashes. This service is worth 40€ ? ( press X to Doubt )

this game has so many bugs so i dont wanna play it anymore. connection servers problem when you trying join quickly to another baalrun for example. How the hell i can lvling? game crashing sometimes when trying to join game without any error. Now i understand why ladder is not started yet. i thought its be fun to play d2 again but at the moment i dont wanna see this bugged game cuz i am nervous after playing that.
I think those crash are from last updates because i never had this problem before.
Now i’m crash everyday and several times…it’s random ,i can play 3 hours without problem and sometimes the game crash 4 times in less than 2 hours…
Many times those crash happend when i use the teleport.
I was stupid for buying this game because of my childhood memory.
That and the queue system…i never ever gonna buy another blizzard game…
I don’t care about D4…blizzard are just busy to count the money.

Yeah whatever i can play at RDR 2 ,POE ,Lost Ark ,Warframe without problem but here the problem is clearly on my side.

Today I saw that D2 did an update and since then when I start the game, after seeing the 2nd video, it just closes. I also did an graphic drivers update yesterday, but I’m sure that’s not related. C63E79F8-B94A-44DA-AF2D-C99C522ABBD4

Can we get a thread going for people to report game crashes please?
If you see your own forums, you will notice that there are too many people complaining about game crashing all of a sudden.
Please let’s work together if needed and let’s fix this.
Today I experienced 10+ crashes while playing, it’s very bad.
Nothing is shown most of the times in the Event Viewer logs.
Did a clean uninstall + reinstall of the game but nothing changes, game crashes a lot.
Noticed that most crashes happen in the following zones:
Travincal @ The council, while fighting (2-3 times per day)
The Pit @ under Tamoe Highlands.
Will keep adding more info once I obtain it.
Let’s skip the usual troubleshooting steps you provide to everyone as it doesn’t help / work.
My system is brand new, using a Ryzen 5800X, 32 GB RAM, Radeo 6600 XT
No temperature issues - CPU / video card sit around 50-55 degrees both, while playing.
OS is updated to the latest patches (Windows 10)
All the drivers are uptodate.
Regarding the crashes, nothing is shown in the logs most of the times.
Sometimes there is aReport a Bug winddow, and it’s showing an ID, i will Edit the post once I obtain more report BUG ID’s

There’s no specific pattern to these crashes. Crash at chest, at npc, in lobby, at joining game, leaving game, using wp, using any skill,… got crashes everywhere in the game lol…
Even lost my HC Toon to this crashes

That sucks dude, can we get more people to report this behaviour and add more specific information in regards to what you were doing in game, and possibly add logs from your system (Application, System logs) if the app crash is somehow recorded in Event Viewer.
Hopefully this would give Blizzard an idea about what is happening and come to a resolution FASTER.

Many ppl are posting their Codes after the crashes. I think they should have more than enough material to investigate this.
Game is released 1 month know, and literally NOTHING happend since then. No, they even made it worse with Queue and Delay on creating/joining games.
Ppl still have crashes, ppl still got locked out with their chars for 48hours and more. The guys on console are even more fu****.
Yet another 15 million daily game crashes.
Adding one more event log, in case anyone @ Blizzard cares about this and forwards it to the Development team.

First of all, my system:
Intel 10700k
RTX 3080
32gb DDR4 Ram
The game was installed on a Samsung 980Pro m.2 SSD.
There are no problems with the temperature either. The system is completely water-cooled, the temperatures never exceed 35°c.
You would think that the game would run well on the system. It does, until I enter Act 5. After that I can set a timer, the game will crash 100% of the time. Sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 5 minutes. It doesn’t matter which mob I’m with either. Sometimes the game crashes with Shenk, sometimes with Anya, sometimes with the 3 idiots. It doesn’t matter at all where I am.
As long as I play in Act1 - Act4, everything is fine, no crashes, nothing.
I have tested the following things, which unfortunately were completely unsuccessful:
I reinstalled the game.
I have set the graphics to low - medium.
I have closed all background programmes.
I have of course updated my graphics driver.
I have removed all USB devices that I do not need.
I removed the second monitor.
I started the game in windowed mode.
All completely useless. Does anyone else have any ideas how to solve the problem? I have no more ideas.

When playing Blizzard Sorc the crashes weren’t really that apparent but since getting Infinity and switching to Lightning Sorc I crash 100 percent of the time I attempt cow level. This is getting really old.

Same issue here, game suddenly quits when i use a waypoint or a portal in different areas of the game, my PC is decent with below specs but its still too frustrating to see a game that we all waited for so long only to have server issues and crashes with no apparent resolution.

16 GB Rams
Nvidia Gforce 2070 Super 8 GB
1 TB M.2 NVME SSD
Windows 10 all updated
All drivers are up to date as well
Doesn’t fix anything.
