No, you didnt explain why adding a queue helps and why adding more servers dont. If you cant then just admit you cant.
Are you serious now? Queue limits a load on session control service which handles lobby management + queue limits a load on replication process between Regional and Global db which is another part of the problem they have.

Yes it is a permanent feature. It is a permanent feature in other games and other blizzard games. Get used to it. Spam bots from other countries are flooding EU servers and stopping the Queues. Get over it and stop crying. It will not be fixed. World of Warcraft had same queues back then.

They did not say it. Logically, it should last until they get more capacity on the servers. Which may never happen.

But they should have known. This or very similar issues have happened for multiple Blizzard releases in recent history. They should have learned from all that and put the proper amount of resources into the development of one of the most popular games of all time. Only a moron wouldn’t realize this. Clearly Blizz is on full greed mode.
Maybe they haven’t enabled an auto kick but literally any time I’ve ever tried that plan… say I’m done for now but plan to come back and play more in a hour… by the time I come back my game has crashed from doing nothing but sitting at the menu. I’ve never successfully left my PC logged in to return and play later without waiting in the queue.
