It’s a joke played about 200+ hours for a jawazon , have cool items, 81lv and restart? Pay back the price than , and maybe I don’t forget Blizzard forever.
Servers are down. Again. You guys dont know if you lost your characters, they are just stored on servers that are not online atm.

I’m seriously worrying that it might happen to me too … 
Can’t connect to server now, before this my list of characters were gone. I tried all suggested methods of fixing, but its your end for sure. Unfortunately, there is no help I can give you as I have been just logging out as normal and haven’t done anything different on my end. It’s just … happening.
и сегодня моих персонажей нет, при игре онлайн, пропала сорка 71-78 уровня(не помню уже) 10.10.21, паладин 19 уровня много шмота было. когда все вернут? имя сорки faria, сам ничего не удалял, сохранялся через сохранить и выйти. дважды проверял в режиме онлайн/офлайн.пк вин 10, европа

Fun fact: I play SSF and use online only for characters safety.

Got booted out of the game into a black screen, restart and none appeared

- When the character was lost, and/or when you last played it: last play on 11th Oct at 09 MESZ, on 11th October 14 MESZ the chars were gone.
- If you are referring to an Online or Offline character: online
- If you have double checked the Online and Offline tab (the option is in the top right corner of the screen, above the character list): yes
- The class of the character that you’ve lost: Paladin (lvl 85), Druide (lvl 50), Sorc (lvl 50), Assassin (lvl 59), Paladin (lvl 12), Amazon (lvl 1) Barbar (lvl 1), Necro (lvl 19)
