I really, really just hope there might be SOME way to have characters restore. I was playing with my dad, and were ready to tackle Hell mode, but this brought it to a grinding halt.

I would be happy even JUST getting the characters back (no gear), OR getting just the gear back (as we’d both been saving a ton of Necromancer gear, since that’s what I had wanted to play up next).

I always exit the game via ESC + confirm from the main menu, I can exclude that I manually deleted the character 100%.

I did not delete my character… why the **** would i do that, this is an issue with the game… insulting people like this is just silly. Like your company is not doing bad enough right now so you insult the rest of your loyal player base… i am really not okei with this
