In all honesty, I can’t get rid of the feeling that Blizzard Support doesn’t give a damn about customer problems. I have been in contact with support for 2 days now. Each time write the facts in detail but briefly and to the point. Apparently nobody there understands it, although the facts are easy to understand according to my descriptions.

I am now repeating myself, in the hope that the last support employee will finally recognize the problem and offer an adequate solution. Otherwise I would like to have my 40 € back.

The product D2R is obviously faulty and can only be used to a limited extent (in my case). Only playable online but not offline. No matter how many offline characters I create, I cannot play them! My patience with D2R is at the end. You have had enough time to find a solution since the release.

This is a disaster I want the money back, so many hours of play so that my character disappears and the worst thing is they do not answer in the support, shameful

Also habe mich vor (04.10.21) ca.4 Stunden das erste mal eingeloggt, meine Amazone LVL 46 und mein Barbar 72 sind gelöscht. Lustigerweise war die Sorc 22 von mir noch da, nach dem ich mich 2 Stunden später wieder eingeloggt habe, aber nicht mehr. Geteilte Gegenstände sind komischerweise alle noch da, bis auf das Gold wenn ich einen neuen Char erstelle.

Hallo Blizzard ??? Was ist das ??? Niemand anderes hat Zugang zu meinem Passwort und mein Rechner ist sicher auch frei von Trojanern !

Ich mein den Aspekt, dass ich seit Release ungefähr gefühlte 5000 mal die Verbindung verloren habe, habe ich ja noch akzeptiert. Aber was ist das nun für nen Schmarn ??

Jetzt mal ohne Witz, was ist aus Blizzard eigentlich geworden ??? Ich habe schon Warcraft über Lan gezockt da sind viele Mitarbeiter von euch noch mit der Blechtrommel um den Weihnachtsbaum gelaufen. Nicht ein Spiel ausgelassen, viele viele 100te Euros an euch bezahlt. Und nach der derben Enttäuschung von Warcraft 3 Reforge jetzt so nen Schmarn !!! Nen Witz ist, dass man noch nicht einmals einen Mitarbeiter von euch an die Strippe bekommt…

Ich habe die Charaktere defintiv nicht selbst gelöscht !!! Wie gesagt, obwohl zwei Charaktere nicht mehr da waren ,war die Zauberin noch da !! Die zwei Stunden später dann aber auch weg war :(…konnte einen Charakter mit dem gleichen Namen eines gelöschten Charakters erstellen, was wohl bedeute das die Chars wohl wirklich komplett gelöscht sind…Ich war es definitv nicht…

Might be a little far fetched, but does the game actually prevent players from creating a character with an already used name? If your dev teams are as competent as your support, nothing would surprise me at this point, not even allowing players to overwrite an existing character by using the same name tbh.

My char, Sorceress 79, is missing. I played today, then did some break and now its gone. How to fix it and return it back?
I’ve already tried relogin, creating new character, switching between online and offline, etc.

Same problem, my character has just disappeared after short break. Character name is Truenorth - paladin 68lvl

Same problem here, just contacted tech support but still waiting… I’ll considerer stopping the game if i dont get it back…

Yep same here, all my mules are still there but the lvl 88 sorc is gone.

I had a lvl 6 assassin, got disconnected from the game and now when I’m back in the game, my characters are gone. Even the paladin I created, that I didn’t play.

I got exactly the same problem, quit my game and my char became level 1 again in the selector.

After restarting Diablo/Bnet the character was just gone.
