Same problem. Played with my sorc. Crash, played again…crash…now she’s gone and cant play anymore…WTF

i cant create more too. after windiows creating hero… it is says connection servers issue. xd

same here… played to lvl11 - left game and no lobby. back to char list. no char. LOL
Shambles again. Got to Cain, saved, char was lvl 1, restarted game and it was gone.

Dont’t worry. They’ll come back. Same happened to me, but now i got my lvl 4 amazon back. but still…cant join/create a game -.-

Yep. I just went out of the game after Act 1. Rejoined, character still online message and now my char is gone. GG. Playing Hardcore against the server I guess
Lost a lot of Act 1 progress. Character got rolled back. Was lvl 10 on the 5th quest, now back to lvl 5 on the 2nd quest.

It is recommended not to play this game on the day of the release, you play for nothing.

Same here realm went down so booted back to a empty lobby, in trade channel there were people and i clicked an item link. The game crashed and restarted to find my level 11 online sorc gone :S
