Same to me, got disconnected and character, lvl 10 Paladin is not available, my char list is empty.
Is seems that Blizzard wants to try on us any possible bug can appear. We are the Apha testers of this game, not Beta, Alpha !
Same here, friend and I lvl 15 almost done with act 1, now back to lvl 6. Thanks Blizzard for nothing.

Level 22 char gone… whoop whoop. DC’ing or crashing is one thing… loosing chars another level of incompetence. It better be back after the maintenance :3

It’s really not funny at this point anymore. As such a long time Blizz customer i was looking forward to this game after all these disappointments in WoW… its okay to have SOME issues at launch, but this is just too much honestly… really pissed off, its like blizz tries everything to ged rid of their last loyal customers.

Same lost 2 characters and sometimes when i restart several times i see the character but it says I can’t log in it’s still in there or some message. If I lost the characters I’m not restarting just refunding. It’s a waste of time and effort and very disappointing.
Yeah also got to level 5 and bang all gone , even my character doesn’t exist any more. Im tempted to call it a night and try again tomorrow. Bit of a poor showing.
I had a lvl 8 zon… logged out and back… she was level 6… logged in again… now she doesnt exist… getting bummed about this.

Never thought I’d say this, but me too. Killed my buzz for the nostalgic revamp, it’s just a shitty nightmare.

My assassin is back! 
I lost my 7 lvl character! wtf blizzard?! … … … …!
My level 19 sorceress vanished… Hopefully it comes back

My characters were also gone but they are back now.
It came back but got reset to level one and when i try to load it - failed character already on the server, so I can’t play. I wish we’d get an official response and Blizzard would show some responsibility! Do we delete these old broken characters we can’t even log in on and make new ones or do we wait and they will be restored to their original state? Just a simple response to this by a Blizz employee would be nice. I’m probably going to refund it, it seems really unprofessional of a remaster at that for no comment in this thread from a dev at least!
My charcters are now back but i have like 5min blackscreen before i can play now

First was from level 9 to 2
Now it was from 13 to 4
